We made little ornaments in various Christmas shapes and oh how we loved them, my sister and I. The boxwood garland that I showed you a few weeks ago is something that I am planning on leaving up all year long so I wanted to add something for an extra touch of festivity.

Cinnamon Garland

Using baker’s twine I looped it through the holes and tied it off. While I will probably go back and add some wool pom poms, I added some cheap red poly pom poms on the ends of the garland for now…it just needed something.

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed some good food and good times.

These turned out so great and the pattern looks so crisp! We just poured all our cinnamon into our newly made sandbox (to keep the cats and bugs out supposedly) but I’ve been wanting to make some of these. I bet they smell delicious!

So adorable and classy looking. In our house we don’t have a mantle, but a huge dinning table. So we go to a tree farm, where we pick the tree. We also pick a long table runner made with Xmas tree branches and then decorate it all over with balls, and berries and ribbons…. So much fun. Maybe I can make this to add to my banister.
