With just a few days left until the official day of summer, I thought we’d round it off with one last spring project! Earlier in the season, I ordered these some sweet faux anemones from Save-on-Crafts, and I picked up a faux cabbage bunch from Michael’s and I paired them together with a strip of chiffon and pearl pins. When I ordered the chiffon I bought it in grey, with a the plan of making curtains with it, but instead of being grey it came off as very lavender-like. The 25 yard bolt sat in the office for a while (yes 25 yards :( ) and finally I realized that that while that lavender wouldn’t work as general decor in my home, it was perfect for a spring project!
Mini Anemone Bouquet
Pair the cabbage leaves and the anemone together with the anemone in the front
Take the strip of chiffon and wrap it around the stems of the flowers
Make sure to leave some of the raw edges of the chiffon showing
Press the pearl pins downward at an angle in to the chiffon and flower stems making sure that the pin ends are between the stems
